This workshop will teach you to meditate with an anchor for when your attention starts to stray or when you’re feeling overwhelmed in your daily life. You will learn to develop the capacity for being present in the moment, with kind attention and without judging your own experience. You will also learn how to open the field of mindfulness to include emotions and feeling states and how to sit with those feelings during your meditation.
