Join Tashi Dawa for a fun, arm balancing workshop where we explore the strength, mobility and awareness tools to develop lift off! This is a level 2/3  session with loads of cool drills and modifications along the way if you are still early in the process… We will use yoga blocks, a yoga belt and the wall or a chair. Go at your own pace, come along for the journey with an open mind and have lots of fun along the way!
