Helen will guide you through self massage techniques for your feet, creating a deep feeling sense into gravity and your body. Loving your feet is the essence! It helps you create a deep connection to your inner body when moving and you will also be encouraged to initiate movement and yoga from your organs. This is deeply rewarding and will initiate release of possible unconscious tension as well as connecting to true relaxation. Fun, revealing and somatic.
