Katy will offer her signature structured alignment through yoga postures in this 45 minute flow, which will have sweet, simple and creative sequences along with guided breath work, poetry, mantra and deep relaxation. This time will create the long awaited shifts in the nervous system and adrenals, allowing the body-mind to rest deeply into your evening and beyond. Exhale and relax….!
