During a time when the world is so rapidly changing and shifting, it can be challenging to find stay calm and at ease. The mental stress of worry and anxiety creates tension in your body. That is why it is important to allow your body to move this tension so it can settle back into a state of more ease. And when your presence in your body is more at ease, your mind will become calmer too. You will be guided through poses that help release the tension in your psoas, a hip flexor that is connected to your body’s stress reaction. This class will also include movement, holding poses, breath work and a focussed body meditation to help you release, relax and find ease.
