How to use the power of your feet to integrate the strength and stability in the pelvis and the spine. Julie will take you through a sequence integrating the spring loading of the feet and ankles to give us lightness and ease of movement in the rest of the body. Breaking down some of the elements for clarity so that everyone can follow the sequence and find joy in the power of their feet!
