Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Philosophy

Anat has been practicing and teaching yoga for 24 years. She loves to move and to observe what moves her; yoga is great for both. Extensive anatomy studies have shaped her practice in Functional Yoga, where what we experience is more important than how we look. We target muscles, joints, fascia, breath, heart and spirit to experience the richness of intelligence and well-being which are inside of us at all times.
